About Dr. Slutsky

Dr. Slutsky has been performing impairment ratings for more than 20 years and is widely recognized for his expertise in this field. He has been certified by three impairment specialty organizations for his advanced knowledge of the AMA Guides and impairment rating principles.

In addition to this work, Dr. Slutsky served as an OWCP District Medical Advisor (DMA) for over 20 years and has authored more than 10,000 reports for the department.

Throughout his career, Dr. Slutsky has worked with claims examiners across the United States and has been a consultant to the majority of federal compensation systems in the United States including OWCP, EEOIC, Social Security, and Veterans Affairs.  He has also prepared reports for multiple State Compensation Systems including Washington (LNI), California, Texas, Minnesota, and Alaska.
